CERTIFIED DIVORCE REAL ESTATE EXPERT (CDRE®)
My real estate journey began in the banking industry, where I gained experience in various departments over a span of 12 years. In 2019, I decided to pursue a career in Real Estate and joined CENTURY 21 Beutler & Associates. I quickly learned through my Real Estate transactions that divorcing families & the family law community deserved more support than a traditional agent was trained to provide. I sought out specific training and found the Ilumni Institute, specializing in Divorce Real Estate and earned the Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE®) credential.
I was selected to attend the Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE®) program because of my aptitude in real estate and passion for helping divorcing families. The CDRE Program, based in South California and hosted by The Ilumni Institute, is the most intense, focused divorce real estate training available to Realtors. In the program, I passed a rigorous selection process, completed a total of 40 hours of Divorce Real Estate education and curriculum taught by the Ilumni faculty, and participated in an additional 6-month online learning lab.
With the extensive training and support provided by the Ilumni Institute, I can say that I fully understand the obstacles and complexities of Divorce and Real Estate. I am able to support clients while acting as an unbiased neutral and work alongside their attorneys to help obtain the best possible outcome for the family during a difficult situation, all while aiding in the mitigation of conflict.
Additionally, as a CDRE®, I am equipped to provide my real estate expertise to the family law community and its clients. Many of the services I can provide are complimentary. They include education about real estate matters that affect family law cases, along with preliminary title reports, deeds, and market values. I am a trained neutral expert who can handle the sale of real property in family law cases as an unbiased third-party expert.
